I would look at …
I would look at upping to 4wga. Try and make the ground wire as short as possible.
Also, Make sure you wire brush the paint off the chassis before you attach the wire.

the amp is getting …
and its running the two 12″s at 1500 watts at 4 Ohms
the amp is getting the normal 12V DC but i have no idea what the Ohms is on it it was a free from my mate and it was like pretty old lol but ive installed the new amp now

i should also mention to anyone atm to avoid my sub being effed (blue one) until the new amp is installed the right sub cant be used to do not enough power and so the right sub is just a passive atm so the EQ is a little weird cos the subs in a box too big and it isnt drilled on yet :S

lol dude of course they perform differently but barely different and i know a fair bit about systems and to plus im buying new subs soon idk maybe after my 3 day a week job decides on paying me im getting two kenwood 1200 watt 15″s so that should be good and i should tell you that the reason im using two different subs is cos im 16..do you expect me to have anything better? its my first system and i have used whatever i can to make it usable

they do not perform at the same levels lmao. i know that the distortion is the camera, ive seen enough videos to know about it. no sub is alike to any other sub except another one if its kind. just having the watts the same doesnt mean thats its gonna be the same, please try to learn about systems then make a good one.

lol i do normally keep it at 0 plus that distortion is my $30 camera and also maybe the fact that only the blue sub is plugged in might also give u an idea of why it is performing because its in a box twice the size and the front isnt drilled on yet

lol your eq is so up. keep the “LOW” at 0, do w/e you want with the mids and highs, but if you want distortion and clipping then blown subs, be my guest and have the bass cranked
